This Privacy Policy explains how Tasha Tongpreecha LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use the beta of The Board / Atla (the "Service"). 1. Who can use it. Limited to users 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 in this beta; contact team@atla.space to report a minor's data and we will delete it. 2. Information we collect. Account info (name, email, password, date of birth used to verify 18+); profile/casting info (headshots, photos, video reels, physical attributes, skills, experience, city/region, contact details); media (treated as sensitive, may include facial images); usage/device data (logs, IP, device/browser); communications. 3. How we use it. To create/manage accounts; operate, maintain, and improve the Service; display your profile to verified casting professionals; verify 18+; communicate; ensure security and prevent abuse; comply with law. 4. How we share it. With verified casting professionals on the Service; with service providers under confidentiality (hosting, email, analytics); for legal/safety reasons; or in a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. 5. Your choices/rights. Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete, or port your data and opt out of certain processing. Contact team@atla.space; you can also edit or delete your profile in settings. 6. Retention. We keep your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period (generally no later than 12 months) after your account is closed or the information is no longer needed, unless law requires longer. 7. Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls). No system is fully secure, and a beta may be more exposed than a production service. 8. Cookies. Used for authentication, preferences, and analytics; controllable via your browser settings. 9. International. The Service is operated from the United States; by using it you consent to processing in the United States. 10. Changes.
